Robert “Bob” MaNamara came to Delta Electro Power through the acquisition of J.J. McNamara & Son Inc. in 2020, of which he was Owner and President since 1988. With over 40 years in the electrical industry, his experience showcases a diverse portfolio, including residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations. He has worked closely with owners, facility managers and engineers on controls, data, and audio-visual systems.
As Delta’s Electrical Operations Manager, Bob enjoys working with property owners, facility managers, engineers, and customers to develop practical and efficient solutions to their electrical challenges and needs. Whether working with engineered plans or design-build, Bob always puts the customers’ best interest at the forefront.
Bob received his Journeyman Electrician License in 1983 and his Master Electrician License in 1984. He has been a member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI) Roger Williams Chapter since 1984. He served on New England Institute of Technology’s Technical Advisory Board for 10 years and is a member of the National Fire Protection Association. Bob is also NFPA 70E certified and holds his Rhode Island General Contractors License.
In his spare time, Bob enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and boating.
